PBL联合翻转课堂教学模式在医学影像学教学中的应用

The Application of PBL Combined with Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode in Medical Image Teaching

目的探讨PBL联合翻转课堂教学模式在医学影像学教学中的效果。方法选取开设医学影像学课程学生180名,随机分成传统教学组、PBL教学组、翻转课堂教学组以及PBL联合翻转课堂教学组4个小组,每组45名。各组使用对应的教学法,教学结束后,通过调查问卷及理论考核等形式对教学效果进行评价。结果PBL联合翻转课堂教学组学生成绩高于传统教学组、PBL教学组以及翻转课堂教学组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时PBL教学组和翻转课堂教学组成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.05),PBL教学组与翻转课堂教学组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PBL联合翻转课堂教学模式在医学影像学教学中有良好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom and PBL teaching modes in medical image teaching.Methods 180 students were screened from the medical imaging course.They were randomly divided into 4 groups including traditional teaching group,PBL teaching group,flipped classroom teaching group and PBL and flipped classroom teaching group,with 45 students in each group.Each group used the corresponding teaching method and evaluated the teaching effect through questionnaires and theoretical assessment after teaching.Results The theoretical scores of PBL and flipped classroom teaching group was higher than that of PBL teaching group,flipped classroom teaching group and traditional teaching group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The theoretical scores of both the PBL teaching group and the flipped classroom teaching group were higher than that of traditional teaching group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PBL and flipped classroom teaching mode has a good effect in medical image teaching.
