中药化瘀通络汤辅助手术治疗脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤临床研究

Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine Huayu Tongluo Decoction Auxiliary Surgery in the Treatment of Spinal Fracture Complicated with Spinal Cord Injury

目的研究手术与中医药联合应用对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的临床作用。方法选经枣庄市薛城区人民医院医生确诊为脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的140例患者,按随机法平均分为2组。对照组70例患者仅使用手术进行治疗。观察组70例患者采用手术与中医药联合应用的方案进行治疗。经过治疗后6个月,对2组患者的日常生活活动能力评定指数(Bathel指数)及生活质量评分(QOL评分)进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组的总改善率、Bathel指数、QOL评分等指标数据表现均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者主证、次证证候积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术与中医药联合应用对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的改善作用显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combination surgery and traditional Chinese medicine on spinal fractures with spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 140 patients diagnosed with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries were selected by neurologists in People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City Xuecheng District and divided into two groups according to the random method.The control group of 70 cases received surgery only.The observation group of 70 cases received a combination of surgery and traditional Chinese medicine.After 6 months of treatment,the two groups of patients’activities of daily living assessment index(Bathel index)and quality of life score(QOL score)were compared.Results After treatment,the total improvement rate,Bathel index,QOL score and other index data of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main and secondary syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of surgery and traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve spinal fractures with spinal cord injury.
