青睫症方治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qingjianzheng Recipe in Treating Glaucoma Cyclitis Syndrome

目的观察自拟青睫症方治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的疗效。方法选取准新余市中医院五官科青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者30例。其中对照组15例给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合布林佐胺滴眼液治疗;治疗组15例在对照组基础上联合自拟青睫症方治疗,制定症状、体征积分表,分别观察治疗组与对照组治疗后1、2周的症状、体征指标变化,填写积分表并对比其疗效及其眼压。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%(14/15)高于对照组80.00%(12/15)(P<0.05);治疗后1、2周,治疗组中医证候评分、眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟青睫症方治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的疗效确切,突出表现在改善睫状充血体征,控制眼压、缩短病程上,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made Qingjianzheng recipe in treating glaucoma cyclitis syndrome.Methods Thirty patients with glaucoma and cyclitis syndrome in Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Among them,15 cases in the control group were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops combined with brinzolamide eye drops.15 cases in the treatment group were treated with self-made Qingjianzheng recipe on the basis of the control group.A symptom and sign score table was developed.The changes of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group were observed 1 and 2 weeks after treatment.The score table was filled in and the efficacy and intraocular pressure were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%(14/15)which was higher than that of control group 80.00%(12/15)(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and intraocular pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Qingjianzheng recipe is effective in treating glaucoma and cyclitis syndrome.It is prominently manifested in improving the signs of ciliary congestion,controlling intraocular pressure and shortening the course of the disease.It is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
