补中益气颗粒联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性咽喉炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buzhong Yiqi Granule Combined with Crabeprazole in the Treatment of Reflux Laryngitis

目的探讨补中益气颗粒联合雷贝拉唑对反流性咽喉炎的治疗效果。方法选择广东省深圳市盐田区人民医院2019年3月—2020年11月诊治的68例反流性咽喉炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例,对照组给予雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加补中益气颗粒,观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05);2组治疗前的反流症状指数评分表(RSI)、反流体征评估表(RFS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气颗粒联合雷贝拉唑对反流性咽喉炎治疗疗效显著,可有效改善反流症状,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole combined with Buzhong Yiqi granule on reflux laryngitis.Methods 68 patients with reflux laryngitis in Yantian District People’s Hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,while the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi granule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of RSI and RFs between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the above scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Buzhong Yiqi granule is effective in the treatment of reflux laryngitis,which can effectively improve the symptoms of reflux and is worthy of promotion.
