针灸联合穴位按摩护理对脑卒中患者认知能力及神经功能恢复的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Massage Nursing on Cognitive Ability and Neurological Function Recovery of Stroke Patients

目的探讨针灸与穴位按摩护理联合用于脑卒中患者中的临床效果及其对认知能力、神经功能恢复影响。方法随机选取中国医科大学附属第四医院于2018年11月—2020年11月收治的120例脑卒中患者,并根据其不同护理方案分为观察组和对照组,各60例,其中对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取针灸联合穴位按摩护理,评估并比较2组护理效果。结果护理前,2组患者Barthel指数、简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分及脑梗死神经功能缺损程度(NDF)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者Barthel指数、MMSE评分及NDF评分改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合穴位按摩护理用于脑卒中患者中,可有效改善其认知能力及神经功能,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage nursing in stroke patients and its influence on cognitive ability and neurological function recovery.Methods 120 cases of stroke patients in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from November 2018 to November 2020 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to their different nursing schemes.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with point massage nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Barthel index,MMSE score and NDF score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement of Barthel index,MMSE score and NDF score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage nursing can effectively improve the cognitive ability and neurological function of stroke patients,and the effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
