中医特色延伸护理服务对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及营养状况的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Extended Nursing Service on Renal Function and Nutritional Status of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨中医特色延伸护理服务对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及营养状况的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2020年4月江西省九江市中医医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者86例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中医特色延伸护理,比较2组干预前及干预(3个月)后肾功能、营养状况及中医证候积分。结果干预前,2组血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、体质量指数(BMI)、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组BUN(29.65±4.38)mmol/L、Scr(313.26±28.75)μmol/L、中医证候积分(17.31±1.58)分低于对照组,ALB(37.28±2.95)g/L、BMI(24.87±1.06)kg/m^(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色延伸护理服务能够改善慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能、营养状况,并减轻临床症状,利于缓解疾病给患者造成的痛苦。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic extended nursing service on renal function and nutritional status of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic extended nursing on this basis.The renal function,nutritional status and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention(3 months).Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(Scr),plasma albumin(ALB),body mass index(BMI)and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,BUN(29.65±4.38)mmol/L,Scr(313.26±28.75)mol/L,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(17.31±1.58)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,ALB(37.28±2.95)g/L,BMI(24.87±1.06)kg/m^(2) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic extended nursing service can improve the renal function and nutritional status of patients with chronic renal failure,and reduce the clinical symptoms,which is beneficial to relieve the pain caused by the disease.
