摘要 目前,自我保健的科普需求日益增长。穴位保健历史悠久,效果肯定,是保健科普的优势项目。为了满足保健需求,杜绝科普乱象,结合穴位保健易学有效的特点,以及当前“互联网+科普”优势,作者从团队建设、课程内容、视频拍摄、课程组织、科普宣讲5个方面进行了“小穴位大健康”科普线上线下课程建设,组建专业的新医科团队,精选实用的穴位知识,深入浅出讲述穴位故事,提高线上线下学习效率,灵活记忆,活学活用。促进穴位保健惠及千家万户,守护健康中国。 There is a growing demand for self-health-caring course.Acupoint health care is a time-honored method for self-health-caring.It is also suitable for popular science course content.In order to meet the demand of health care and reduce popular science course chaos,we constructed“Small Acupoint Great Health”online-offline popular science course.The course takes the advantage of acupoint health care’s learnability and“Internet+popular science”technological innovation.“Small Acupoint Great Health”online-offline popular science course were made in team construction,curriculum content selection,video course construction,curriculum organization and popular science preaching.A professional course constructing team was formed,practical knowledge was selected,acupoint stories were told,efficiency of online learning was improved and knowledge transformation was promoted with better memorization,in the hope to promote acupoint health care to general public,protecting health in China.
