中西医结合临床专业研究生临床诊疗思维培养探析

Analysis on the Cultivation of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Thinking of Postgraduates Majoring in Clinical Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

中西医结合医学是我国贯彻“坚持中西医并重、促进中西医结合”卫生工作基本方针,将中医和西医2种医学体系互相交叉、渗透、融合而发展起来的一门学科。为满足人民群众日益增长的健康卫生需求,培养高素质、高层次的中西医结合人才势在必行,而构建中西医结合临床诊疗思维则是人才培养的关键。文章通过对中西医结合临床专业研究生临床诊疗思维培养现状及影响因素进行分析,初步探讨如何培养中西医结合临床专业研究生的临床诊疗思维。

Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is a subject developed by crossing,infiltrating and integrating the two medical systems of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,which implements the basic policy of“attaching equal importance to both Chinese and western medicine and promoting the integration of Chinese and western medicine”.In order to meet the growing health needs of the people,it is imperative to cultivate high-quality and high-level talents of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The key to the training is to construct the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine.Through the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking training of clinical postgraduates of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,this paper preliminarily discusses how to cultivate the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of clinical graduate students of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
