问题教学法联合微信模式在妇科规培医师培养中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着社会的发展,传统的医学教育模式已不能完全满足现代化的需要,住院医师规范化培训已趋于成熟。住院医师规范化培训要求医学生毕业后接受某一学科系统化、规范化的专业培训,使其牢固掌握从事该专科的临床技能。文章分析了规培医师的现状,提出了在妇科规培教学中使用问题教学法联合微信模式,并对这种教学模式存在的问题进行剖析并提出相应的解决办法,以期待既能够利用PBL教学的优势,又能够利用微信平台使其高效、便捷地掌握临床诊疗知识、提高临床操作技能,极大地调动规培医师的学习积极性,为社会培养更多优秀的妇科医师。 With the development of the society,the traditional medical education model can no longer meet the needs of modernization.The standardized training of resident physicians requires medical students to receive systematic and standardized professional training of a certain discipline after graduation so that they can firmly master the clinical skills of the specialty.This paper analyzes the current situation of planning and training physicians,puts forward the use of problem teaching method combined with WeChat model in the teaching of planning and training of gynecology,and analyzes the existing problems of this teaching model and puts forward corresponding solutions.We expect to make use of both the advantages of problem-based learning teaching and WeChat platform to make them master the knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiently and conveniently and improve their clinical operation skills,so as to greatly mobilize the learning enthusiasm of planning and training more excellent gynecologists for the society.
