纺织品服装折卷边车缝工艺研究与应用

通过系统分析纺织服装折卷边车缝工艺特点及其存在的问题,详细介绍常见手势A、B的操作步骤及难点,创新设计了手势C。通过试验分别对3种手势进行测试与分析,实际生产运用中手势C的生产效率提升了31.6%。结果表明,手势C不仅规范了工艺标准,还提升了生产效益,以期为其他缝纫工艺的改良起到一定的借鉴作用。

This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of hemming technology for textile and clothing industry,introduces the operation steps and difficulties of common gestures A and B in detail,and innovatively designs gesture C.Through the test and analysis of the three gestures respectively,the production efficiency of gesture C in actual production increased by 31.6%.The results show that gesture C not only standardizes the technology standard,but also improves the production efficiency.It can play a reference role in the improvement of other sewing technology.
