摘要
目的对抗体类抗血管生成药物在癌症等疾病中的作用机制和应用进行综述。方法检索国内外近几年抗体类抗血管生成药物的相关文章,按照不同靶点和作用机制进行分类,对抗体类抗血管生成药物在癌症等疾病中的应用进行了归纳总结。结果针对不同抗血管生成靶点已研发出相应的抗体类抗血管生成药物,并用于治疗癌症等疾病。结论抗体类抗血管生成药物能够有效的抑制血管新生,具有较好的疗效,但一定程度耐药性的产生提示未来的研发应侧重于新靶点的发现及多靶点联合用药。
Objective To review the mechanism and application of anti-angiogenic antibody drugs in cancer and other diseases.Methods Anti-angiogenic antibody drugs related literatures in recent years at home and abroad were searched and classified according to different targets and mechanism.The applications of anti-angiogenic antibody drugs in cancer and other diseases were summarized.Results The corresponding anti-angiogenic antibody drugs have been developed according to different anti-angiogenesis targets,and applied in the treatment of cancer and other diseases.Conclusion Anti-angiogenic antibody drugs can effectively inhibit angiogenesis with good therapeutic effect.However,the emergence of drug resistance to a certain extent suggests that future research and development should focus on the discovery of new targets and multi-target combination therapy.
