孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一组以社会交往及交流障碍、狭隘兴趣及重复刻板行为(restricted and repetitive behaviors,RRB)为核心症状的神经发育性疾病。智力障碍(intellectual disability,ID)是指18岁以前发育过程中出现的认知及社会适应能力障碍,其中ID多用于5岁以上儿童,而5岁以下的婴幼儿因其智力测定不可靠。
