北京地区中老年人同型半胱氨酸参考区间的建立及与尿酸相关性分析

Establish the reference range for homocysteine in middle-aged and elderly individuals in Beijing and analyze the association between homocysteine and uric acid

目的:建立北京地区中老年人群同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的参考区间,并分析其与尿酸(UA)的相关性。方法:筛选在本院体检的2752例50岁以上表观健康中老年人,采用罗氏Cobas c702全自动生化分析仪检测其血清HCY和UA水平,分析不同性别年龄组的HCY水平差异及HCY与UA的相关性,建立适用于本地区中老年人群的HCY参考区间。结果:本研究中2752例表观健康中老年人血清HCY数据呈偏态分布,浓度为11.41(4.62)μmol/L。中老年男性血清HCY水平明显高于女性(Z=20.51,P<0.05)。血清HCY水平随年龄呈上升趋势:50~59岁组最低:男性11.75(4.00)μmol/L,女性9.36(4.05)μmol/L;80岁以上组最高:男性13.41(6.06)μmol/L,女性10.42(3.98)μmol/L,不同年龄组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血清UA和HCY呈正相关(r=0.312,P<0.05)。血清HCY 95%参考区间按年龄组50~59岁、60~79岁、≥80岁,男性分别为7.63~24.82μmol/L、7.62~25.71μmol/L、8.05~29.61μmol/L;女性分别为5.90~16.14μmol/L、6.19~18.16μmol/L、6.04~24.23μmol/L。结论:初步建立了本地区50岁以上中老年人群血清HCY参考区间,并分析了血清HCY与血清UA的相关性,为中老年人群心脑血管等相关疾病风险预测、诊断治疗提供依据。

Objective:To establish the reference range of homocysteine in middle-aged and elderly individuals in Beijing and to analyze the correlation between homocysteine and uric acid.Methods:The 2752 healthy middle-aged and elderly people over 50 years old were selected as reference individuals.Serum HCY and UA levels were measured.Results:The data of serum HCY level for 2752 middle-aged and elderly subjects were skewed distribution,and the level was 11.41(4.62)μmol/L.Male participants had higher serum HCY levels than female participants(Z=20.51,P<0.05).There were significant differences in HCY levels in different age groups(P<0.05).Serum UA and serum HCY were positively correlated(r=0.312,P<0.05).The reference ranges of normal serum HCY levels for different age groups(50~59,60~79,80~)were 7.63~24.82μmol/L,7.62~25.71μmol/L,and 8.05~29.61μmol/L,respectively(for males);5.90~16.14μmol/L,6.19~18.16μmol/L,and 6.04~24.23μmol/L,respectively(for females).Conclusion:This study established preliminary normal serum HCY reference ranges for healthy middle-aged and elderly(>50 years)in this region,which can provide evidence for risk prediction,diagnosis,and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in middle-aged and old people.
