摘要
新《档案法》的出台,给公共档案馆开展社会服务带来了新的机遇与挑战,公共档案馆如何改善其服务质量,提升其社会影响力已成为档案工作者面临的新课题。分析当前公共档案馆面临的时代背景,阐述依法治档背景下公共档案馆服务中的四点不足。针对存在的问题,从四个角度提出解决策略,以期提升依法治档背景下公共档案馆的社会影响力。
The publication of the new Archives Law has brought new opportunities and challenges to the public archives to carry out social service. How to improve the service quality of public archives and enhance their social influence has become a new subject for archivists. This paper analyzes the contemporary background of public archives and expounds the four shortcomings of public archives service under the background of archives administration by law. In view of the existing problems, solution strategies are put forward from four angles in order to enhance the social influence of public archives under the background of archives administration by law.
