摘要
在新冠疫情影响之下,公众的日常生活、社会心理及思维观念均发生了很多变化。文章以现阶段档案利用需求与档案服务之间的矛盾分析为切入点,研究后疫情时代下档案服务的策略。提出搭建“一站式”档案服务平台,提高服务便捷度;以数字技术赋能资源开发,增进服务深度;增加人文关怀,提升服务温度。文章对档案需求与服务的矛盾分析是本文的创新点,对档案服务平台可行性、适用性、安全性的详细论证是文章的重点,提出以数字技术赋能档案资源开发、加强档案服务的人文关怀的观点,是对新形势下档案工作实践的重要论述。
Under the influence of COVID-19, many changes have taken place in people’s daily life, social psychology and conception. With the contradiction between archives utilization demand and archives service in post-epidemic era as the starting point, this paper aims to conduct a research on archives service strategy at the present stage. It proposes to improve service convenience through establishing "one-stop" archives service platform, enhance the service depth through developing digital technology-enabled resources, and promote service temperature through increasing humanistic care. The analysis of the contradiction between archives demand and service is the innovation of this paper, while the detailed demonstration of the feasibility, applicability and safety of the archives service platform is the focus of it. The viewpoint to develop digital technology-enabled archives resources and strengthen the humanistic care of archives service is the important illustration of archival work practice in the new situation.
