摘要 [目的/意义]档案公共文化服务是我国公共文化服务的重要支撑,也是社会力量参与档案事务的重要渠道之一,研究社会力量参与档案公共文化服务,有利于明确社会力量在档案事务中的地位,有利于提高档案服务的效率;[方法/过程]通过梳理抖音平台中社会力量参与档案公共文化服务的类型与特点等发展现状,从社会互构的角度研究社会力量与档案公共文化的关系,总结基于抖音平台的社会力量参与档案公共文化服务的模式;[结论/发现]实现基于抖音平台的社会力量参与档案公共文化服务的模式,需要协调社会力量、档案机构与抖音平台之间的关系,加强三者的合作,实现三者的共赢,共同为档案事业与社会公共文化服务的发展贡献力量。 [Purpose/Meaning] Archives public cultural service is an important support for China’s public cultural service, and it is also one of the important channels for social forces to participate in archives affairs. Research on social forces’ participation in archives public cultural service is conducive to clarifying the role of social forces in archives affairs and improving the efficiency of archives service. [Method/Process] By combing through the development status such as the types and characteristics of social forces participating in archives public cultural service in the Tik Tok platform, the paper studies the relationship between social forces and archives public culture from the perspective of social mutual construction, and summarizes the mode of social forces participating in public cultural service of archives in the Tik Tok platform. [Conclusion/Discovery] To realize the mode of social forces participating in the public cultural service of archives in the Tik Tok platform, it is necessary to coordinate social forces, archives institutions and the Tik Tok platform, strengthen the cooperation of the three, so as to achieve a win-win situation for the three, and jointly contribute to the development of archives undertaking and social public cultural service.
