新时期机关档案数字化建设工作研究

Research on Digital Construction of Government Organ Archives in the New Era

数字化建设,是机关档案管理更好地适应信息化建设,提升档案管理能力和服务水平的现实要求。文章分析了新时期开展机关档案室数字化建设的现实意义,针对机关档案室数字化建设中存在规范标准不统一、专业人才缺乏、软硬件设施不足、安全防护缺失等问题,提出了加强机关档案室数字化建设的对策建议。

Digital construction is the practical requirement for government organ archives management to better adapt to informatization construction and improve archives management ability and service level. This paper analyzes the practical significance of carrying out the digital construction of government organ archives in the new period, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the digital construction of government organ archives in view of the problems existing in the digital construction of government organ archives, such as lack of unified standards and norms, lack of professional talents, lack of software and hardware facilities, lack of security protection and so on.
