Practice and Thinking of Archives Management of the Military Industry Fixed Assets Investment Projects in the New Period

文章以研究所某型号研制保障条件建设项目(二期)全生命周期管理为例,结合地方政府关于工程建设档案验收的具体规范要求和项目管理中的工作实践,采取“解剖麻雀”的方式系统分析了该项目档案管理的重要性、存在的问题和措施建议,为其军工固定资产投资项目(以下简称“军工投资项目”)档案管理工作提供借鉴,更好地服务于研究所新时期高质量内涵式发展。

Taking the whole life cycle management of a certain model research and development guarantee condition construction project(Phase II) in the institute as an example, in combination with the local government’s specific requirement about project construction archives acceptance and the work practice in project management, the paper systematically analyzes the importance,existing problems and measures of the project archives management with the method of "dissecting sparrows". It provides reference for the archives management of other military industry fixed assets investment projects to better serve the high-quality connotative development of the institute in the new era.
