高职院校档案事业高质量发展的实现路径——基于“双高计划”申报资料成功收集的启示

Realization Path of High Quality Development of Archives in Higher Vocational Colleges——Inspiration Based on the Successful Collection of Application Materials of "Double High Plan"

以重庆工商职业学院档案馆收集“双高计划”申报资料为背景,对申报资料成功收集的原因进行分析,并以此为启迪,探讨高职院校档案事业高质量发展的内涵,提出从围绕学校中心工作凸显档案工作价值、建立多层级档案协作共建机制、培养高素质档案人才、推进电子文件“单套制”归档和数字档案馆建设、筑牢档案实体和信息安全屏障等路径全面提升高职院校档案事业的高质量发展,以期为“十四五”时期高职院校档案馆的建设提供借鉴和参考。

This paper analyzes the reasons for successful collection of application materials of the "Double High Plan" in the archives of Chongqing Vocational College of Industry and Commerce, and draws inspiration from them. It discusses the connotation of high quality development of the archives undertaking in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward paths such as highlighting the archives work value revolving around the central work of colleges, establishing a multi-level archives collaboration and co-construction mechanism, cultivating high quality archives talents, promoting the “single set”archiving of electronic documents and digital archives construction, strengthening the entity of archives and the information security barrier and so on. The purpose is to improve the high quality archival development in higher vocational colleges, and to provide reference for the construction of archives in higher vocational colleges during the 14th Five-year Plan period.
