档案隐性育人功能助力高校校园文化建设实践研究

Construction Practice of Campus Culture in Colleges and Universities Based on Recessive Education Function of Archives

高校育人分为课堂式的显性教育和潜移默化式的隐性教育。在“三全育人”背景下,高校档案馆同样承担着育人工作,根据档案和档案工作的特点,更多地体现在隐性育人方面。文章从档案的隐性育人功能出发,阐述档案馆对高校校园文化建设的积极作用,分析当前存在的问题,并以沈阳建筑大学为例,对档案隐性育人功能助力校园文化建设的实践策略进行具体阐述,为其他高校提供借鉴和参考。

Virtue education of colleges and universities students is divided into dominant education in classroom and recessive education of imperceptible type. Under the background of "Three Wide Education", archives in colleges and universities are also responsible for the work. According to the characteristics of archives and archives work, archives play a bigger role in recessive education. Starting from the recessive education function of archives, the paper explains the positive role of archives in campus culture construction in colleges and universities, and analyzes the existing problems. Finally, this paper takes Shenyang Jianzhu University for example and illustrates the practice strategies of archives recessive education function promoting campus culture construction, to provide reference for other colleges and universities.
