Status Quo, Problems and Suggestions on the Marine Economic Development in the Urban Agglomerations of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

明晰了粤港澳大湾区城市群的定位,从经济总量、产业类型等方面系统分析了粤港澳大湾区城市群海洋经济发展现状以及区域内各市(特区)的优劣势。通过深入剖析城市群内海洋经济发展存在的问题,并结合国际三大湾区的成功经验,研究提出粤港澳大湾区城市群海洋经济发展的对策建议。

This paper clarifies the positioning of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city clusters, and systematically analyzes the current situation of marine economic development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city clusters and the advantages and disadvantages of various cities(special zones) in the region from the aspects of economic aggregates and industrial types. By deeply analyzing the problems existing in the development of marine economy in urban agglomerations and combining the successful experience of the three major international bay areas, this paper studies and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of marine economy in the urban agglomerations of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
