连云港海洋生态系统服务价值评估

Evaluation of Marine Ecosystem Service Values in Lianyungang

“绿水青山就是金山银山”,海洋生态系统为人类提供了大量产品和服务,但是这些产品和服务的价值在现有社会经济统计系统里并没有得到完整体现。文章采用成果参照法、问卷调查法、替代工程法、替代成本法等方法,以2018年为基准年,对连云港市海洋生态系统服务价值进行全面评估。结果表明:连云港海洋生态系统服务总价值为182.89亿元。其中,经济服务价值为119.30亿元,占65.2%;生态服务价值40.46亿元,占22.1%;社会服务价值为23.13亿元,占12.6%。从具体服务项目上来看,食品供给服务价值、气候调节价值、气体调节价值分列前3位,且远远高于其他服务价值,教育和废弃物处理价值较低,社会服务价值有较大的增长潜力。

"Green waters and blue mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains". Marine ecosystem provides a lot of products and services for human beings, but the value of these products and services has not been reasonably reflected in the existing socio-economic statistical system. This paper evaluates the value of marine ecosystem services in Lianyungang by means of achievement reference method,questionnaire survey method, alternative engineering method and alternative cost method. The results show that the total value of marine ecosystem services in Lianyungang is 18.289 billion yuan. Among them, the economic service value is 11.930 billion yuan, accounting for65.23%;the ecological service value is 4.046 billion yuan, accounting for 22.12%;and the social service value is 2.313 billion yuan,accounting for 12.65%. In terms of specific service items, food supply service value, climate regulation value and air regulation value rank the top three, which are far higher than other service values, while education and waste treatment values are lower. The value of social services has great potential for growth.
