36%氟啶·噻虫啉悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析方法

摘要 建立了36%氟啶·噻虫啉悬浮剂高效液相色谱测定方法。采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,在260 nm波长条件下同时测定试样中氟啶虫酰胺和噻虫啉的含量。结果表明,氟啶虫酰胺和噻虫啉的线性相关系数分别为1.0000和1.0000,标准偏差分别为0.0014和0.0022,变异系数分别为1.16%和0.89%,平均回收率分别为99.88%和99.91%。本研究建立的方法与文献报道方法相比,同时检测氟啶虫酰胺和噻虫啉的含量,操作更简便,且精密度与准确度较高。 The high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of active ingredient content in flonicamid+thiacloprid 36%SC was established.The simultaneous determination of flonicamid and thiacloprid in the samples was conducted with Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column and UV-absobance detector at 260 nm,while the mixture solution of methanol and water was used as the mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of flonicamid and thiacloprid were 1.0000 and 1.0000,with the standard deviations 0.0014 and 0.0022,the variation coefficients 1.16%and 0.89%,and average recoveries 99.88%and 99.91%,respectively.Compared with other reported methods,this method for the determination of active ingredient content was a suitable analytical method with fast speed,high precision and accuracy.
