一种新的瓷砖铺装施工方法及其应用

A New Construction Method of Tile Paving and Its Application

针对现有瓷砖铺装施工中存在的误差大、平整度难以控制等问题,采用新研发的十字定位架、对角找平压实工具来进行地(墙)面瓷砖铺装施工。该施工方法采用十字定位架对瓷砖进行定位,采用对角找平压实工具进行压实找平校正,使用T型定位板可实现整体纵、横向清缝。

In view of the existing tile paving construction error is large,flatness is difficult to control and other problems,the use of new research and development of cross positioning frame,diagonal leveling compaction tools to carry out the tile paving construction(wall).This construction method uses cross positioning frame to position ceramic tile,uses diagonal leveling and compacting tool to compacting and leveling correction,and uses T-type positioning plate to realize overall longitudinal and transverse seam clearing.
