篦冷机余热作矿渣烘干热源的设计与改造

摘要 中条山建材公司的矿渣烘干热源为煤矸石,存在环保排放指标偏高和运行费用较高等缺点。针对这一问题,考虑从沉降室至回转窑窑头余热锅炉段烟道上取部分热风作为矿渣烘干热源,原因是该段烟气含尘量相对较低,无SO_(2)及NO_(x),且热风温度在400℃左右,可以满足矿渣烘干所需热量。经过试运行,该工艺操作方便,运行稳定。 The drying heat source of slag of Zhongtiaoshan Building Materials Company is coal gangue,which has disadvantages of high environmental emission index and high operating cost.In view of this problem,it is considered to take part of the hot air from the flue of the waste heat boiler section from the settlement chamber to the rotary kiln head as the heat source of slag drying.The reason is that the dust content of the flue gas in this section is relatively low,SO_(2) and NO_(x) free,and the hot air temperature is about 400℃,which can meet the heat required by slag drying.After trial operation,the process is easy to operate and stable.
