摘要
优化颗粒剂主要药材活性成分提取,对党参黄芪活血化瘀颗粒剂制备工艺条件进行优化研究。在单因素基础上设计正交实验对党参、黄芪主要成分提取工艺优化;按照药典颗粒剂制备要求对党参黄芪活血化瘀颗粒剂制备工艺进行实验考察。提取条件乙醇体积分数80%;提取次数为3次;料液比为1:30;回流时间为2.5 h,分别为提取党参苷、黄芪皂苷的最佳工艺条件。制备条件为主药、糊精、糖粉的比例为1:0.5:2.5,颗粒烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为1.5 h。采用常压蒸法及微波干燥法对提取液进行处理,使用湿法制粒制备党参黄芪活血化瘀软颗粒剂,考察此次所得颗粒剂的稳定性。工艺条件简单、环保,为后期生产制备提供研究基础。
This paper studies the optimization of the extraction of the active ingredients of main medicinal materials in granules,and the preparation process of Dangshen Huangqi huoxue huayu granules.Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize extraction process of codonopsis pilosula and astragalus membranaceus on the basis of single factor.According to the requirements of pharmacopoeia,the preparation process of Dangshen Huangqi huoxue huayu granules was investigated.The concentration of ethanol was 80%.The extraction times were 3.Solid-liquid ratio was 1:30;The best extraction conditions for codonoside and astragalus saponin were reflux time of 2.5h.The preparation conditions were as follows:the ratio of main drug,dextrin and sugar powder was 1:0.5:2.5,the drying temperature of granules was 60℃,and the drying time was 1.5h.Atmospheric evaporation method and microwave drying method were used to treat the extract,and wet granulation was used to prepare Huangqi huoxue huayu granules for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The stability of the granules was simple and environmentally friendly,which provided a research basis for the later production and preparation.
