摘要
微表处改性乳化沥青的储存稳定性,会影响改性乳化沥青的储存运输及工程应用.通过改变皂液pH、乳化剂、基质沥青、固含量、SBR胶乳、制备温度等参数,以及添加不同的稳定剂,制备改性乳化沥青并测试5d储存稳定性.结果表明:皂液pH、乳化剂、基质沥青、固含量、SBR胶乳、制备温度等参数对储存稳定性虽有影响,但是仅改变这些参数难以获得满足规范要求的储存稳定性,稳定剂氯化钙、硫酸钠和黄原胶对储存稳定性的影响微小,羧甲基纤维素的稳定效果显著,0.3%~0.4%的掺量即可保证改性乳化沥青的5d储存稳定性满足规范要求,且羧甲基纤维素可有效提高改性乳化沥青的粘度,阻止沥青微粒的沉降、聚结、凝并.
The storage stability of the modified emulsified asphalt in the micro-surface affects the storage,transportation and engineering application.By changing the soap pH,emulsifier,base asphalt,solid content,SBR latex,preparation temperature and adding different stabilizers,the modified emulsified asphalt was prepared and storage stability at 5 d was tested.The results show that soap pH,emulsifier,base asphalt,solid content,SBR latex,preparation temperature and other parameters have an effect on storage stability,which is difficult to obtain storage stability that meets the specification requirements.Chlorinated Calcium,sodium sulfate and xanthan gum have little effect on storage stability,but the stabilizing effect of carboxymethyl cellulose is significant.Carboxymethyl cellulose at 0.3%~0.4%level can ensure that the storage stability of modified emulsified asphalt can meet the specification requirements for 5 d.Carboxymethyl cellulose can effectively increase the viscosity of modified emulsified asphalt and prevent the sedimentation,coalescence and coagulation of asphalt particles.
