摘要
长距离广域网(longrangewideareanetwork,LoRaWAN)具有低功耗与远距离通信等特点,已广泛应用于智能电网、智慧农业、环境监测等领域.近年来,随着应用种类与用户数量的增加,基于传感云的中心化LoRaWAN数据处理架构很难满足用户需求.如何让资源受限LoRaWAN传感网为应用提供高效、可靠和安全的数据服务成为一个极具挑战的问题.针对上述问题,提出一种基于边缘传感云的LoRaWAN传感网数据卸载方案.首先,在数据传输阶段,设计了一种基于隐私熵的天线阵列信道选择方案;然后,在数据卸载阶段对系统时延、能耗、价格及总开销综合考虑的基础上,构建了LoRaWAN场景下时延模型、能耗模型和价格模型的联合卸载优化方案;最后,设计了一种改进的蚁群算法,并给出基于改进蚁群算法的卸载方案与信道选择方案.仿真实验结果表明:所提卸载方案在系统时延、能耗、价格、总开销及信道隐私熵等方面均优于原始蚁群算法、遗传算法和随机算法等卸载方案.
Long range wide area network(LoRaWAN)has the characteristics of low power consumption and long-distance communication.In recent years,with the increase of the types of applications and the number of users,the existing LoRaWAN data processing architecture is unable to meet user needs.How to make the resource-constrained LoRaWAN sensor network provide efficient,reliable and secure data services for applications has become a very challenging problem.To solve the above problems,a LoRaWAN sensor network data offloading scheme based on edge sensor cloud is proposed.First,in the data transmission stage,a channel selection model of antenna array based on privacy entropy is designed.Then,based on the comprehensive consideration of system delay,energy consumption,price and total cost in the data unloading stage,a joint optimization scheme of the time delay model,energy consumption model and price model in the LoRaWAN scenario is constructed.Finally,an improved ant colony optimization(IACO)is designed,and an unloading scheme and channel selection scheme based on IACO are given.The simulation experimental results show that the proposed offloading scheme is better than the original ant colony algorithm offloading scheme,genetic algorithm offloading scheme and random algorithm loading scheme in terms of system delay,energy consumption,price,total cost and channel privacy entropy.
