城市街区容积率和人居环境的空间结构分析

摘要 从住宅小区容积率的视角,以兰州市安宁区2017年遥感影像和住宅小区数据为基础,采用GIS技术的自然断点法构建城市街区容积率等级,运用Theil-index模型分析了兰州市安宁区住宅小区空间差异测度指数、空间分异特征及形成机理。研究表明:(1)安宁区住宅小区容积率分布不均且容积率数值介于0~3.1间,呈空间低值聚集特征;(2)安宁区住宅小区容积率的空间差异测度指数均值为0.24151,8个街区的内部空间差异显著,各街区空间差异测度指数之间的值差异小,处于极低等级的住宅小区空间差异测度最大;(3)空间区位、地理位置、空间地貌、小区建筑属性、街区地价对容积率的作用是城市街区人居环境空间差异形成的主要原因。 Based on the remote sensing image and residential district data of Anning District in Lanzhou City in 2017,the plot ratio grade of urban residential environment quality is constructed by using GIS technology and Jenks natural breakpoint method.From the perspective of residential area plot ratio,the spatial difference measurement index,spatial differentiation characteristics and formation mechanism of residential area in Anning District of Lanzhou city are quantitatively analyzed by using the Theil-index model.The results show that:(1)The plot ratio of residential areas in Anning District is unevenly distributed and the value of plot ratio is between 0 and 3.1,showing the characteristics of low spatial value aggregation;(2)The average value of spatial difference measurement index of residential area in Anning District is 0.24151,and the internal spatial difference of eight blocks is significant,and the difference between the value of spatial difference index of each street district is small,and the spatial difference of residential district in very low grade is small;(3)The effect of spatial location,geographical location,spatial landform,residential building property,and block land price on plot ratio is influencing Anning The main reason of the plot ratio of the residential district.
