蒽贝素理化性质及毒理药理活性研究进展

摘要 目的掌握蒽贝素的理化性质及毒理药理作用研究概况,为蒽贝素抗乳腺癌药效研究提供理论依据。方法查阅国内外相关文献,并对其进行归纳、分析和总结。结果从酸藤子中提取纯化得到的蒽贝素显弱酸性,可通过红外、紫外光谱以及高效液相色谱、薄层色谱等检测。毒理研究显示注射最小100%死亡剂量为560 mg·kg^(-1)和最大0%死亡剂量为50 mg·kg^(-1)。经计算显示小鼠半数致死剂量为153.525 mg·kg^(-1)。蒽贝素具有良好的抗炎、抗肿瘤的药理作用,但有一定的神经毒性。结论蒽贝素毒性小,效果好,对抗炎、抗肿瘤研究具有重要意义。 Objective To master the physico-chemical properties,toxicological and pharmacological effects of embelin.To provide theoretical basis for the anti-breast cancer efficacy study of embelin.Methods Refer to relevant literature domestic and foreign research,by concluded,analyzed and summed of embelin-related articles.Results The embelin extracted and purified from rattan vine is weakly acidic and can be obtained by IR,UV,HPLC and TLC.The toxicity of embelin on heart,liver,kidney and other organs in mice was weak.It has anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor pharmacological effects,but it has certain neurotoxicity.Conclusion Embelin has low toxicity and good effects.It is significant to study the anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects of embelin.
