基于FEMA模型构建综合性医院住院患者新冠病毒感染风险管理流程

The Risk Management Process in Prevention of COVID-19 for Inpatients in a General Hospital was Constructed Based on FEMA Model

目的:构建综合性医院住院患者新型冠状病毒感染风险管理流程,为疫情下国内综合性医院住院防控与管理提供参考。方法:根据失效模式与效应分析(FEMA)模型,确定专家小组成员后通过头脑风暴,制定流程、评估风险、失效模式分析,拟定改进措施等步骤后将资料进行整理。结果:流程包括3个主流程,10个子流程、32个具体内容,并提出10个关键环节的具体管理策略。结论:流程具有实用性、人文性、可靠性,为综合性医院在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的住院患者管理提供临床指导。

Objective:The article constructed the management process in prevention of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in a general hospital,in order to provide reference to prevent and control and managementof infection for other general hospitals.Methods:According to the FEMA steps,we organized brainstorming after identifying experts of team members,then developed process、risk assessment、failure analysis and developed improvement measures,finally summarized.Results:The process consists of 3 main processes,10 sub-processes,32 specific contents,and specific management strategy of 10 key links.Conclusion:The risk management process is practical、humane、and reliable,can provide guidance for inpatient management during the outbreak of COVID-19.
