南方多雨城市建筑小区海绵化建设后跟踪研究

TRACKING STUDY ON SPONGE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND COMMUNITIES IN RAINY SOUTH CHINA

“十三五”期间各地在推进海绵城市建设过程中已实施的建筑小区海绵项目,在径流控制方面整体上取得了较好的成效,但对于海绵设施实际运行过程中存在的问题缺少关注。因此,基于南方多雨气候条件下,对建筑小区海绵化建设后运行情况进行跟踪研究,识别关键问题,提出优化策略,以期为“十四五”期间系统化全域推进海绵城市建设提供支撑。

Buildings and communities sponge project built during the thirteenth five-year period realized favorable effect on the aspect of runoff control,but problems in practical operation of sponge facilities are rarely noticed.Therefore,tracking study was carried out on the operation condition of buildings and communities sponge project under the rainy climate in south China,to identify the key problems,propose optimization scheme and provide support for systematic promotion of sponge city construction during the fourteenth five-year period.
