摘要
智慧监测是海绵城市建设效果评估的重要手段。针对建筑片区海绵城市建设效果的评价需要,从降雨地表水体、初期雨水、易涝点、海绵设施、单个项目以及片区整体等表面出发,采用在线监测和人工检测方法,构建集“气象监测-设备监控-在线分析-智慧评估”于一体的智慧海绵监测系统,给出了各个监测设施的监测内容、监测要点和监测指引,分析了海绵设施、单个项目、片区整体的海绵建设评估方法,为建筑片区智慧海绵监测系统设计提供参考和借鉴。
Construction effect is an important evaluation factor for sponge city construction,and detailed quantitative evaluation could improve the scientificity and accuracy of evaluate.Considering water environment,water safety and water ecology in existing building district,this paper used online monitoring and manual inspection to carry out quantitative evaluation of sponge construction effect of existing building district on the aspects of ground water environment,initial rainwater,flood point,sponge facility,single project and overall district,proposed the monitoring content,key points and guidance on different levels,and analyzed the evaluation method for sponge facility,single project and overall district,providing references for smart sponge monitoring method for existing building district.
