DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CANTILEVER CONSTRUCTION LIFT FOUNDATION

当下房地产开发公司为了快速回笼资金,要求项目实现高周转,在施工过程中往往采用先施工主楼,后开挖车库的顺序,给施工单位后期二次结构施工带来不少组织难度,尤其是电梯基础无法施工,也给二次结构施工的垂直运输带来了困难。本文阐述了一种随主楼地下室同步施工的悬挑型施工电梯基础设计及应用实践。

To quickly withdraw their investment,many real estate development companies required high turnover,so main building is usually first constructed before excavation of basement garage,but this may produce big difficulties to construction unit’s organization and vertical transportation in secondary structural construction,because the lift foundation construction is difficult.This paper introduced the design and practical application of a cantilever construction lift foundation whose construction is simultaneous with the main building basement.
