肥槽回填的质量关系着建筑的整体状态以及外墙防水的质量,而狭窄肥槽的回填质量在传统的原状土分层夯实施工下更难以保证,整体基坑本就高低错落,又因剧院建筑舞台台仓特有的坑中坑式基坑,该种肥槽独具“深、远、狭”的特点。从远距离泵送固化土灌注回填及复杂高低跨回填,并结合高跨底板施工的角度,解决了剧院类坑中坑回填的难题,保证了工期、质量以及经济效益和环境效益,可为相关工程施工提供参考。

Foundation trench backfill quality plays an important role in the overall condition of condition and waterproof quality of external wall,but it is difficult to guarantee the narrow foundation trench backfill quality during traditional original soil compacting in layers.The overall foundation pit has different heights and the understate adopts pit-in-pit foundation pit,whose foundation trench is deep,long and narrow.Therefore,long-distance pumping solidified soil backfill and complex high and low structure backfill were adopted and high structure bottom construction angle was considered,to successfully solve the difficulties in theater pit-in-pit backfill construction and guarantee the construction period,quality,as well as economic and environmental benefits,providing references for similar project.
