摘要
建设期作为PPP项目落实投资计划、奠定运营基础的关键阶段,其经营管理对整个项目的经营管理有承前启后的重要作用。本文通过对比分析PPP项目与施工总承包项目经营管理工作,探讨PPP项目建设期的经营管理重点。
Construction period is a key phase of PPP project to realize investment plan and pave a solid base for operation,and plays an important role in connecting different parts of PPP project.This paper compared the operation management between PPP project and general construction contract,and discussed the important management points in PPP project construction.
