转子结构对低谐波星–三角绕组永磁电机性能影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 分数槽永磁电机内部存在大量谐波磁动势,此类磁动势相对于转子异步运行,造成分数槽永磁电机的损耗增加、性能下降。针对这一难题,通过对定子绕组的优化,设计了一套星–三角(Y-Δ)绕组接法以消除高幅值低次谐波。继而基于有限元方法,针对定子侧采用双层、四层Y-Δ接法,转子侧采用表贴式、径向式、切向式、“V”形4种结构的10极12槽分数槽永磁电机进行研究。比较不同拓扑结构对分数槽电机的空载反电动势、齿槽转矩、弱磁性能、过载性能和效率等电机性能的影响。分析结果表明,当永磁电机定子侧采用四层Y-Δ接法、转子侧为切向式拓扑结构时,不仅可以减少永磁体使用量、节约电机的制造成本,还可以提高电机性能,为分数槽永磁电机的拓扑结构提供了一种新的选择。 A large amount of harmonic magnetomotive force(MMF) in the fractional-slot concentrated-winding permanent-magnet(FSCW-PM) machine runs asynchronously to the rotor, resulting in the loss increase and performance degradation of the FSCW-PM machine. To solve this problem,through the optimization of stator winding, a set of star-delta(Y-Δ) hybrid connection method was designed to eliminate the high-amplitude and low-order harmonics. Furthermore, based on the finite element method(FEM), the performance of the 10-pole 12-slot FSCW-PM machine with double-layer and four-layer Y-Δ hybrid connection on the stator side and surface mounted, radial, tangential and “V” shape on the rotor side was compared. The performance of FSCW-PM machine was compared under different topologies, such as no-load back EMF, cogging torque, flux weakening performance, overload performance and efficiency. The analysis results show that when the stator side of FSCW-PM machine adopts the four-layer Y-Δ hybrid connection and the rotor side adopts the tangential topology structure, it can not only reduce the consumption of permanent magnet, save the manufacturing cost of the machine, but also improve machine performance,which can provide a new choice for the topology structure of the FSCW-PM machine.
