miRNA-21水平变化在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值

Application value of miRNA-21 level change in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨微小核糖核酸(miRNA)-21水平变化在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选择2018年2月至2020年1月于该院接受治疗的78例妊娠期糖尿病患者纳入试验组,另选取同期于该院进行产检的年龄、孕周与试验组相近的健康孕妇80例作为对照组。检测两组受试者入组后第1、3、5天的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及miRNA-21水平。结果试验组FBG、HbA1c及miRNA-21水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,试验组的miRNA-21水平与FBG、HbA1c呈正相关性(r=0.782、0.618,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者的miRNA-21水平相比健康孕妇明显升高,miRNA-21水平与FBG、HbA1c呈正相关。孕期动态监测miRNA-21水平在一定程度上可预测妊娠期糖尿病是否发生。

Objective To investigate the application value of microRNA-21(miRNA-21)level change in the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Seventy-eight patients with GDM receiving the treatment in this hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected and included in the experimental group.Other 80 healthy pregnant women undergoing the antenatal care with the age and gestational weeks in accord with the experimental group were selected as the control group.FBG,HbA1c and miRNA-21 levels on 1,3,5 d after entering the group in the subjects of the two groups were detected.Results The levels of FBG,HbA1c and miRNA-21 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that the level of miRNA-21 in the experimental group was positively correlated with the levels of FBG and HbA1c(r=0.782,0.618,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of miRNA-21 in the patients with GDM is significantly increased compared with the healthy pregnant women,and the miRNA-21 level is positively correlated with the FBG and HbA1c levels.The dynamic monitoring of miRNA-21 level during pregnancy could predict the occurrence of GDM to a certain extent.
