摘要
聚酯纤维的结构性能优异,应用范围广泛。其性能主要取决于纱线类型、纤维根数、线密度和形状等。受加工过程中热箱温度和D/Y比的影响,这些工艺参数决定了纤维的变形程度。选用27.8 tex/48 F的预取向丝作为基础原料,在拉伸变形机上按标准和调整后的参数进行变形加工处理。通过系列试验研究了变形机参数对纤维线密度、强度和细丝断裂-紧点的影响。研究发现,加捻和解捻的巨大差异导致紧点数量增加;此外,随着热箱温度升高,纤维强度和卷曲收缩率增加,沸水收缩率则降低。
Polyester fiber is widely used for many applications due to its structural properties.These properties are totally dependent on yarn types,filament,fineness and shapes etc.These properties could be considered for the extents of deformations in the filament on the efficacy of heater temperature and disc to yarn ratio.Here,the base raw material partially oriented yarn package of 27.8 tex/48 F was used to process on the draw-texturing machine with standard and adjusted settings,later the testing was carried out to know the effect of machine parameters on the denier,tenacity and broken filaments-tight spots.During project evaluation it was found that there is a huge difference in twisting and de-twisting which causes an increase in the number of tight spots.Furthermore,tenacity and crimp contraction were increased where boiling water shrinkage was decreased,when the heater temperature increased.
