摘要
梳理工序将纤维束分梳成独立的单根纤维,并进行清洁,减少棉结和去除短绒。梳理过程中,纱条中形成纤维弯钩且纤维排列无序。探讨了道夫速度、锡林速度及盖板至锡林间距等梳理工艺参数对纤维取向与纱条特性的影响。
The carding process opens the fibers to individual state and also gives cleaning,reduction in neps and some short fibers.In carding,the hooks are formed,and fiber arrangement is haphazard in sliver.An attempt has been made to study the effect of card process variables such as doffer speed,cylinder speed and flats to cylinder settings on fiber orientation and silver characteristics.
