存储环境对蚕丝织物老化性能的影响

摘要 分析测试不同老化处理环境下蚕丝织物试样的微观形貌、断裂强力与分子结构,研究环境对蚕丝面料老化性能的影响。研究表明,经酸性土壤掩埋、自然存放与真空存储后,蚕丝织物的微观形貌与分子结构未发生大的变化,但经酸性土壤掩埋和自然存放的蚕丝织物中,蚕丝纤维的纵向外观趋于圆形,断裂强力与结晶度随着处理时间的延长出现了不同程度的下降,真空存储蚕丝织物的断裂强力与结晶度变化较小。表明真空储存有助于蚕丝织物的保存。 Influences of environment on aging of silk fabrics were studied by observing the microscopic morphology and testing the breaking strength and molecular structure of silk fabric samples under different aging treatment environments.Researches showed that the microscopic morphology and molecular structure of silk fabric did not change significantly after being buried in acidic soil,naturally stored and stored in vacuum.However,in the silk fabrics buried in acidic and stored naturally,the longitudinal apprearance of the silk fabrics tends to be circular.The breaking strength and crystallinity decreaded to different degrees with the prolongation of treatment time,and the breaking strength and crystallinity of the vacuum-storaye silk fabrics changed little.It indicated that vacuum storage was helpful to the preservation of silk fabric.
