妥布霉素与左氧氟沙星治疗细菌性结膜炎66例临床疗效对比

Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy of Tobramycin and Levofloxacin Eye Drops in the Treatment of 66 Cases of Bacterial Conjunctivitis

目的:探讨妥布霉素滴眼液与左氧氟沙星滴眼液在儿童细菌性结膜炎中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年12月集美区妇幼保健院收治的细菌性结膜炎患儿132例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各66例。对照组予以左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,研究组采用妥布霉素滴眼液治疗,均治疗7 d,并随访3个月。对比分析两组临床疗效、炎症反应、眼表状况、不良反应及复发情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CRP、IL-6低于对照组,BUT、SIt高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于左氧氟沙星滴眼液,妥布霉素滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎效果更佳,能够有效抑制患儿机体炎症反应,改善眼表情况,促进病情恢复,且安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the application value of tobramycin eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops in children with bacterial conjunctivitis.Methods:132 children with bacterial conjunctivitis admitted to Jimei District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops,and the study group was treated with tobramycin eye drops.Both groups were treated for 7 days and followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,inflammation,ocular surface conditions,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the two groups of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tear film rupture time(BUT)and the basic tear secretion test(SIt)were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the CRP and IL-6 of the study group were lower than the control group,and the BUT and SIt were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the two groups were equivalent,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with levofloxacin eye drops,tobramycin eye drops have a better effect on the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of the children's body,improve the condition of the ocular surface,promote the recovery of the disease,and is safe and reliable.
