摘要
食品安全事故应急演练对提升相关机构的快速反应、组织协调和应急处置能力起着十分重要的作用。本文分析了传统演练中存在的问题,并结合实际工作,使用标准化的管理理念,提出了完善食品安全事故应急演练的建议。
Food safety accident emergency drill plays a very important role in improving the rapid response,organization and coordination and emergency disposal ability of relevant institutions. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional drill,and combined with the actual work,using the standardized management concept,puts forward some suggestions to improve the food safety accident emergency drill.
