摘要
目的:本文利用微波消解仪进行前处理,然后用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定鹿鞭中锰、镁、铜、钙、铁、硒和锌7种元素的含量。方法:样品经浓硝酸与过氧化氢预消解后,置于微波消解仪中处理,通过在线加入内标溶液72Ge校正,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定鹿鞭中锰、镁、和锌等7种元素的含量。结果:测定后计算得出7种元素线性良好;相关系数在0.9996~0.9999范围内;检出限分别为(0.004、0.1、0.3、1、0.4、0.06、0.005)mg/kg;相对标准偏差RSD≤3.9%(n=6);回收率在91.6%~97.9%之间。结论论:该方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,可以满足鹿鞭中锰、镁、铜、和锌等7种元素的同时测定。
Objective:In this paper,the microblogging digester was used for pretreatment,and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was used to determine the contents of 7 elements of manganese,magnesium,copper,calcium,iron,selenium and zinc in deer penis. Methods:The samples were pre-digested by concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,and then placed in a microwave digestion apparatus for processing,and corrected by adding an internal standard solution of 72Ge online. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine seven elements including manganese,magnesium,and zinc in deer penis.Results:After the determination,the seven elements were calculated to have good linearity,and the correlation coefficient was in the range of 0.9996~0.9999;the detection limits were(0.004,0.1,0.3,1,0.4,0.06,0.005)mg/kg;RSD≤3.9%(n=6);the recovery rate was between 91.6% and 97.9%. Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and good stability,and can satisfy the simultaneous determination of seven species of manganese,magnesium,copper,and zinc in deer penis.
