This paper first summarizes the relevant principles of transformer winding DC resistance,then combined with a case of abnormal test results of transformer winding DC resistance,through step-by-step test,calculation and analysis,judge the cause of the fault,accurately determine the specific part of the fault,repair and deal with the fault,and finally put forward the measures to prevent this kind of fault. Thus,the reliability of transformer operation is improved. It is hoped that it can provide reference experience for relevant testing work.
