微波消解-原子荧光法测定黄精中硒

Determination of Selenium in Polygonatum by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 目的:采用微波消解-原子荧光法测定黄精中硒。方法:试样经微波消解后,采用原子荧光法进行测定,并对微波消解及原子荧光条件进行优化,通过变量找到硒的最佳工作条件,利用SPSS软件对电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子荧光法实验结果进行比对。结果:在优化实验条件下,硒在0~20 ng/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.002 mg/kg,回收率为94.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.73%。采用国家标准物质柑橘叶评估方法的准确度,结果两种方法测定结果差异无统计学意义(P=0.588),且测定值均在标准范围内。结论:微波消解-原子荧光法准确、快速、适合于黄精中硒的测定。 Objective:To determine the content of selenium in polygonatumby microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods:The sample was digested by microwave and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the conditions of experimental conditions were optimized to the find the best working conditions.The results of AFS and ICP-MS were compared by SPSS software.Results:Under optimized conditions,thegoodlinearities were present in the linear range of 0-20 ng/mL.The detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg,the recovery was within 94.7%.The RSD was within 2.73%.The accuracy of the method was tested by using national standard substances(citrus leaves).The experimentalresults of the two instrument methods were compared with P=0.588,the results show no significant difference between the two methodsand the measured values and within the standard value range.Conclusion:The method is accurate,rapid,and suitable for the determination of selenium in polygonatum with satisfactory results.
