卡泊三醇联合卤米松乳膏对银屑病患者皮肤屏障功能的影响

Effect of Calcipotriol Combined with Halometasone Cream on Skin Barrier Function in Patients with Psoriasis

目的:研究卡泊三醇联合卤米松乳膏对银屑病患者皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月嘉峪关市中医医院银屑病患者46例,依照随机数字表法分为单一用药组(n=23)和联合用药组(n=23),单一用药组使用卡泊三醇,联合用药组在单一用药组的基础上加用卤米松乳膏。对比两组疗效、皮肤屏障功能、银屑病面积与严重性指标(PASI)、胃饥饿素水平变化。结果:联合用药组总有效率86.96%高于单一用药组60.87%(P<0.05);与单一用药组比较,联合用药组皮质含量、角质层含水量更高(P<0.05);与单一用药组比较,联合用药组PASI分值、胃饥饿素含量更低(P<0.05)。结论:卡泊三醇联合卤米松乳膏治疗银屑病患者能够提高疗效,改善皮肤屏障功能,调节胃饥饿素表达,减轻病情严重程度。

Objective:To study the effect of calcipotriol combined with halometasone cream on skin barrier function in patients with psoriasis.Methods:46 psoriasis patients were selected in Jiayuguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021.Divided into single drug group(n=23)and combination drug group(n=23)according to random number table,the single drug group was treated with calcipotriol,and the combined drug group was treated with halometasone cream on the basis of the single drug group.The curative effect,skin barrier function,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)and ghrelin level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined drug group was 86.96%higher than that of the single drug group 60.87%(P<0.05);compared with the single drug group,the cortical content and cuticular water content in the combined drug group were higher(P<0.05);compared with the single drug group,the PASI score and the content of ghrelin in the combined drug group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcipotriol and halometasone cream can improve the efficacy,improve skin barrier function,regulate ghrelin expression and reduce the severity of psoriasis.
