摘要
某型大功率交流传动电力机车运行期间发生真空断路器主触头极间击穿故障。通过对真空断路器结构的研究、构建有限元模型计算真空包各条焊缝处的受力情况、对真空包生产工艺流程进行审核等方式确定了故障原因,并提出了解决措施,通过了运用考核验证。
During the operation of a certain type of high-power AC drive electric locomotive,main contact interpole breakdown occurs in vacuum circuit breaker several times.By studying the structure of the vacuum circuit breaker,building a finite element model to calculate the force acted on each welding seam of the vacuum package,and checking the production process of the vacuum package,we found out the fault causes,and put forward the solutions,by which the vacuum package passed the application examination verification.
