信息技术背景下会计工作的转型及人才培养

Transformation of Accounting Work and Talent Cultivation under the Background of Information Technology

大数据和人工智能等信息技术在会计领域应用,传统会计工作逐渐被取代,会计工作面临转型,管理会计人才需求缺口较大,作为会计人才培养主力,高校面临着新的挑战。文章从会计工作转型入手,分析了高等院校会计人才培养模式面临的挑战,提出了高等院校会计教育的应对措施。

With the application of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence in the field of accounting,traditional accounting work has been gradually replaced and accounting work is facing transformation.There is a large gap in demand for management accounting talents.As the main force of accounting talents training,colleges and universities are facing new challenges.From the perspective of accounting transformation,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by the accounting personnel training model in colleges and universities,and proposes some countermeasures for accounting education in colleges and universities.
