潞西上芒岗某金矿堆浸尾矿金赋存状态研究 被引量:1

摘要 上芒岗金矿是滇西地区最具代表性的红色黏土型金矿之一。为研究潞西上芒岗某金矿堆浸尾矿综合利用技术,指导尾矿综合利用工艺,提升尾矿中有价金属的回收,采用化学多元素分析、偏光显微镜观察、X-射线衍射分析、MLA分析、电子探针成分分析、人工重砂单矿物化学分析等手段对堆浸尾矿进行金赋存状态研究。结果表明,堆浸尾矿主要由含粉砂泥质岩、白云质灰岩、泥硅质灰岩、白云岩组成。尾矿中金的品位为0.18 g/t,矿物组分简单,主要是白云石、石英、白云母及少量褐铁矿等。有价元素主要为金,金矿物的种类仅为含银自然金一种,含金88.179%、银6.202%。堆浸尾矿中84%的金以独立矿物的形式赋存于含银自然金中,其嵌布粒度以亚微米-微米级为主,集中于1μm左右,包裹于白云石中;11%的金以晶格金等机械混入的形式赋存于黄铁矿中。约67%的金颗粒为包裹金,包裹于白云石中,约33%的金颗粒为隙间金,嵌布于白云石晶粒间,无单体解离的金颗粒,磨矿工艺中大部分的金矿物难以实现单体解离,制约了金的综合回收利用。 Shangmanggang gold mine is one of the most representative red clay gold deposits in Western Yunnan.In order to study the comprehensive utilization technology of heap leaching tailings in Shangmanggang gold mine in Luxi, guide the comprehensive utilization technology of tailings and improve the recovery of valuable metals in tailings, the deposit state of tailings was studied by means of chemical multielement analysis, polarizing microscope observation, X-ray diffraction analysis, MLA analysis, electron probe composition analysis, artificial heavy sand single mineral chemical analysis.The results show that the heap leaching tailings are mainly composed of silt bearing argillaceous rock, dolomitic limestone, argillaceous limestone and dolomite.The grade of gold in tailings is 0.18 g/t, and the mineral composition is simple, mainly dolomite, quartz, dolomite, and so on.,and a small amount of limonite.The main valuable elements are gold, and the gold is only one of natural gold containing silver, with gold content of 88.179% and silver content of 6.202%.84% of gold in the tailings of heap leaching is in the form of independent minerals in natural gold containing silver, and the embedded particle size is mainly submicron and micron, and concentrated in about 1 μm.11% of gold occurs in pyrite in the form of lattice gold.About 67% gold particles are wrapped gold, and they are wrapped in dolomite.About 33% gold particles are interstitial gold, embedded in dolomite grains, and gold particles without monomer dissociation.In grinding process, most of gold minerals are difficult to realize monomer dissociation, which restricts the comprehensive recovery and utilization of gold.
